The Pre-mRNA Transcript

Before splicing can occur, the raw RNA transcript contains both coding Exons and a non-coding Intron. The sequence contains specific chemical signposts: a 5' Splice Site (GU), a Branch Point Sequence (A), and a 3' Splice Site (AG).

EXON 02 // LOGIC LAB

Transcriptional Logic

This card is ready to hold the interactive combinatorial control matrix module. As you scroll, this card cleanly interpolates into view.

EXON 03 // EPIGENETICS

Chromatin Folding

This card is ready to house the epigenetic slider visualization. The macro architecture scales to accommodate any number of Exon nodes.
